With only one week remaining until PAT Connect 2026, Art Fiber Systems (AFS) is preparing to demonstrate our latest advancements in in-line process monitoring at Booth #20.
Our primary technical focus for this year’s event is Chemometrics AI for Spectral Data Fusion in Multi-Spectra Process-Control.
The Advantage of Spectral Data Fusion
Complex chemical monitoring requires precision that single-method analysis cannot always provide. By fusing spectral data from two or three distinct spectroscopy methods, AFS significantly enhances the accuracy in the definition of media composition changes.
To achieve this, we deploy AI-driven data fusion to provide instant insight into content changes directly within the reactor. This methodology delivers continuous, real-time data to optimize key production parameters without the need for traditional, time-consuming sampling.
Enabling Technology: Combi-Spectral Probes
This advanced data fusion is physically enabled by our Combi-Spectral probes from art photonics/ Nynomic. Engineered for robust in-situ reactor monitoring, these probes are available in multi-modal configurations, including:
- NIR-Diffuse Reflectance + Raman
- ATR + Fluo/Raman
- ATR + NIR-DRS + Raman
Connect with AFS Leadership
We invite attendees to review the attached PDF document for a comprehensive overview of our in-line monitoring capabilities prior to the event.
To discuss how multi-spectral fiber systems can address your specific process-control requirements, our leadership team will be available for meetings throughout PAT Connect 2026:
- Dr. Viacheslav Artyushenko, CEO & Co-Founder
- Dr. Polina Fomina, AFS Sales & Marketing Director
