Art Fiber Systems (AFS) has successfully concluded its participation in the Asia Photonics Expo (APE 2026), held from February 4th to 6th at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore.
As Asia’s leading platform for photonics innovation, the event provided an ideal backdrop for AFS to demonstrate its latest advancements in fiber-optic technologies and connect with the global photonics community.
Strengthening Our Presence in Asia
A key highlight of the exhibition was the opportunity to strengthen our strategic footprint in Southeast Asia. We were pleased to engage in promising discussions with Mr. Peter Lim, an experienced industry professional and excellent candidate to represent AFS in Singapore and Malaysia. We look forward to working closely with Mr. Lim to bring our process-control solutions to customers in the region.
Scientific Contributions & Thought Leadership
Beyond our exhibition at Booth B503, the AFS leadership team actively contributed to the event’s scientific and technical programs:
- Asia Photonics Conference (APC 2026): AFS Co-Founder Prof. Dr. Boris Mizaikoff participated as an invited speaker. He presented on the advancements of Mid-IR fibers and waveguides, detailing their utility across broad application areas in sensing and diagnostics.
- EPIC TechWatch: AFS CEO Dr. Viacheslav Artyushenko delivered a pitch presentation at the EPIC TechWatch session. He highlighted AFS’s unique capabilities as an integrator of Multi-Spectral Fiber Systems, specifically designed for in-line reaction monitoring and industrial process control.
We thank all the partners, researchers, and industry leaders who visited our booth to discuss the future of optical sensing.
